After months of planning and building, our second production line is finally ready. To be able to meet the forthcoming demand and our sales targets for 2024, it was decided to build a second production line with twice the capacity of the first setup, meaning a capacity for 2000 liters of biostimulant at once in one machine. This is a huge step forward, allowing us to deliver not only more products but also to gain a significant advantage in redundancy, giving our customers the confidence that, no matter what, we will deliver as promised, both with regards to steady, timely deliveries and continued high quality.

The new production line takes everything we have learned from both the prototype and the first large-scale setup and refines it even further to allow for easier operation and higher machine stability, improving key areas of the original line. This enables us to improve our already market-leading production method by keeping the milling temperature low to ensure that no compounds, phytohormones, or other molecules break down due to high production temperatures.

At the time of writing, the line is actively producing its first 2000 liters of Kelpinor Ascophyllum Suspension, showing great consistency in particle size distribution and viscosity. Over the coming months, the machine will run non-stop to produce seaweed-based biostimulants for this spring's drilling season, ensuring we have enough product available for customers, ready for the first round of leaf foliar treatment when that time comes.

With Christmas and the new year coming ever closer, we are ready for one final push before 2025 kicks off with a big bang at IPM Essen at the end of January.
