Market Developer – Biostimulants

In this role, you'll focus on understanding customer needs, creating engagement strategies, and introducing our products to new clients.

• Craft and execute strategies to introduce Kelpinor's biostimulants to the German market.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in events and presentations to raise product awareness.

Requirements:

• Experience in market development, preferably in agriculture or related sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in German highly advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexibly and travel to our Northern Norway site occasionally for team collaborations.

• Location is flexible, accommodating remote work arrangements with periodic visits to our headquarters for strategic meetings and team building.
